Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. Flexible availability is preferred - shifts can range on both weekdays and weekends from opening (at 9:30am) to closing (which could be until 1 or 2am), and vary week to week depending upon events, tournaments, and weather demands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment. Shifts vary in times and nature, ranging from golf tournaments, special events, and normal service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our members. Also responsible for properly closing and locking the building when scheduled as the closer. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and member preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and manage stock levels effectively Operate systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Engage with members to provide excellent service, recommend drinks, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally. Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Uphold high standards of hospitality in all interactions with guests to enhance their overall experience. Experience Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not required.
