Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Soldering Technician with hands-on experience soldering electronic components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with very small components, and able to follow technical instructions and schematics. Responsibilities Solder and assemble electronic components according to specifications. Use flux and properly tin components and wires. Maintain proper soldering temperature and technique. Use chemical agents safely to strip and prepare wires. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Use a multimeter to test and troubleshoot components and connections. Work accurately with small, detailed components. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements Previous soldering experience with electronic components required. Knowledge of proper soldering techniques, including flux, tinning, and temperature control. Ability to use a multimeter . Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience working with small, detailed electronic components. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have reliable transportation to Ellington, CT.
