Bartender

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all. This position requires strong bartending skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to food safety and guest satisfaction.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed per par schedule
• Interact in a friendly and professional manner
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with beverage team to deliver fresh and new cocktails
• Work closely with culinary team to ensure timely food orders
• Assist with private events as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and basic wine knowledge
• Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks
