Job Description
We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and personable Bartenders/ Servers to join our team. We're looking for people-people — individuals who genuinely enjoy talking to guests, creating a great atmosphere, and making people feel welcome. Bartending experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, and attitude are just as important. We are willing to train the right candidates. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service Build relationships with guests and create memorable experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Handle POS and payment transactions accurately Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards Work closely with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly Learn our cocktail menu, products, and service standards What We're Looking For Outgoing, friendly, and a true people person Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and team-oriented Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred, but not required We will train motivated candidates with the right personality and attitude If you love hospitality, enjoy meeting people, and want to work in a fun, energetic environment, we'd love to meet you.
