Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or high-energy settings Assist with private events or special functions by serving drinks and supporting event staff as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality, particularly in fine dining or Japanese Cuisine Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS for efficient order processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and authentically Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing Experience in private events is a plus, along with retail math proficiency for sales transactions Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage preparation enhances your ability to serve quality drinks confidently, as well as Japanese Food and Sushi Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels memorable moments.
