Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process cash and card transactions efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor beverage levels to ensure smooth service during busy hours Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Handle cash transactions with accuracy, process payments, and provide correct change while maintaining professionalism at all times Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and cash handling procedures Knowledge of beverage development, craft beer trends, wine knowledge, and bar management practices is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable moments through exceptional drinks and outstanding hospitality!
