Experienced Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your passion for hospitality, will help foster a lively and welcoming atmosphere. We are a wine forward bar and wine knowledge from grapes to service is necessary. Because we also have a cocktail program, knowledge and experience making and serving cocktails is necessary while also engaging with customers and having a service first mentality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards and health regulations. Manage cash handling and POS transactions. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws. Restock bar supplies regularly and coordinate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable. Uphold food safety standards during food handling and serving processes Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Skills Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques. Familiarity with POS systems Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in the service industry Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude that energizes team members and guests alike. Pay:
