Security Duties Greet guests, check IDs, and ensure all patrons meet age requirements. Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd flow to maintain safety and capacity limits. Patrol inside and outside areas of the bar to prevent disturbances. De-escalate conflicts and safely remove disruptive or intoxicated patrons when necessary. Protect staff and guests by responding quickly to emergencies. Complete incident reports and communicate issues to management. Bar Back Duties Restock liquor, beer, wine,ice, and bar supplies. Assist bartenders during busy shifts by organizing supplies. Change kegs and replenish bottled or canned beverages. Clear empty glasses, trash, and bottles to maintain a clean bar area. Ensure the bar area is organized, safe, and fully stocked for service.

Qualifications:

Prior security, bar back, or restaurant experience preferred. Must be at least 21 years old Strong communication, observation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Physically able to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physical interventions if necessary. Professional, respectful, and calm under pressure. Night, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Work Environment:

Loud, high-energy setting with frequent interaction with guests. Extended periods of standing and walking. Split duties between crowd monitoring and bar support.
