The Bar Back plays a critical role in ensuring bartenders have the tools, products, and support needed to provide efficient, high-quality service in our vibrant dining room and rooftop bar environment. Key Responsibilities Stock and replenish liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies throughout each shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bar areas, service stations, and storage spaces. Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes, juices, mixers, and other ingredients. Remove empty bottles, trash, and used glassware promptly. Wash and polish glassware and bar equipment. Restock inventory during service to ensure bartenders can operate efficiently. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries. Support bar setup and breakdown procedures for opening and closing shifts. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Work closely with bartenders, servers, and management to provide seamless service during high-volume periods. Assist with food running and guest support when needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a bar, restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality environment. Basic knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail ingredients.
