As a Busser, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while assisting servers and ensuring guests enjoy seamless service from arrival to departure. Our team is committed to delivering elevated hospitality in a lively, Tulum-inspired atmosphere, and the Busser is a key contributor to that experience. Key Responsibilities Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Assist servers with delivering food, beverages, and guest requests as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces. Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs throughout service. Remove used plates, glassware, and utensils promptly. Stock and replenish supplies including napkins, silverware, dishes, and condiments. Assist with polishing silverware, rolling utensils, and other side work duties. Support the service team during busy periods to ensure a positive guest experience. Help maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health and safety regulations. Participate in opening, closing, and shift preparation duties. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Excellent work ethic and positive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds during shifts. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or guest service environments.
