We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Must be able to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Curates and executes high-quality, creative cocktails and seasonal drink menus in collaboration with the Clubhouse Manager. Takes the lead in improving and establishing bar standards, including presentation, technique, cleanliness, and service protocols. Prepares and serves beverages in accordance with club standards and responsible alcohol service policies. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. Assists in beverage inventory, including rotation, stock levels, and communicating needs to management. Participates in tastings and product education sessions as needed to support staff development. Performs opening and closing duties including restocking, cleaning, and reconciling sales. Ensures compliance with all applicable liquor laws and club policies. Provides friendly, professional, and timely service to members and guests. Supports execution of beverage components at banquets, tournaments, and catered functions.
