The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, as well as the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering is highly desirable. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate Aloha POS and Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and handling regulations. Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while following cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as needed. Requirements Proven experience with 3 years in bartending or related roles within the food service or hospitality industry. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales reporting. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations.
