We're building a strong team for our grand opening and looking for bartenders who can handle volume, bring personality, and create a memorable guest experience. ⸻ Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar
• ⁠ ⁠Engage with guests and create a high-energy atmosphere
• ⁠ ⁠Handle cash, POS transactions, and tabs accurately
• ⁠ ⁠Work with servers, barbacks, and management to keep service smooth
• ⁠ ⁠Follow all alcohol safety and compliance laws ⸻ Requirements
• ⁠ ⁠Prior bartending experience (lounge/nightlife preferred)
• ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of cocktails, bottles, and bar service
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• ⁠ ⁠Strong communication and customer service skills
• ⁠ ⁠Must be reliable, on time, and team-oriented

Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas through regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, wiping counters, and sanitizing surfaces. Engage with guests to provide friendly service, answer questions about menu items, and promote a positive experience. Assist in food handling procedures during restaurant or hotel events to ensure safety and compliance with food industry standards. Skills Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or nightclubs; banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cashiering experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic bartending skills; barista experience is beneficial. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and hospitality standards across the food industry. Experience in catering or banquet settings that require quick adaptability and teamwork. Capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional customer service.
