Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end using retail math skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and cashiering tasks. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently using excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications during service. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws and regulations.
