Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and food safety standards Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to ensure a positive guest experience Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, utilizing POS system Toast and Toast handhelds Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic retail math to ensure accurate billing and payments Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, bar area, and dining space in compliance with health regulations Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by providing excellent service in fast-paced environments Use time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and alcohol serving regulations Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting while managing time effectively during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience working in nightclubs or catering events enhances adaptability in diverse service scenarios Familiarity with brewing processes or the food industry is advantageous for team versatility Join us to be part of an energetic team where your talents shine!
