Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with members to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience through friendly and attentive service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting for returning guests Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; coordinate with management for stock replenishment Support bar management in training new staff members on proper serving techniques, POS operation, and safety procedures Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role within the hospitality industry Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Experience in fine dining establishments or upscale venues is highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to If you enjoy creating memorable moments through exceptional drinks and outstanding service, we want to hear from you!
