9:00 AM - 12:00 AM About the Role We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly motivated Lead Kava Bartender who wants to take their career to the next level. If you have deep roots in the kava culture, excel at customer service, and want to help build a growing brand, this is the position for you. This role is designed for a leader who is ready to step up and eventually transition into our Head Manager . Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve traditional kava, kratom, and specialty shell drinks with accuracy and speed. Manage daily register operations, handle cash, and perform accurate shift opening/closing counts. Deliver an exceptional, welcoming experience to create a friendly, vibrant community atmosphere. Lead by example on the floor, maintain clean operations, and help streamline day-to-day lounge processes. Partner with ownership to build brand loyalty, drive local engagement, and prepare for higher-level managerial duties.

Requirements Kava Experience & Knowledge:

Prior work in a kava bar/lounge and solid knowledge of kava, botanicals, and shell preparation is strictly required .

Punctual & Responsible:

Must be exceptionally trustworthy with cash handling, keyholding, and scheduling.

Personality:

Friendly, personable, and passionate about connecting with customers and fostering a sense of community.

Drive & Growth Mindset:

Self-motivated, proactive, and genuinely excited about helping build a brand from the ground up.

Reliable Transportation:

Must have your own dependable vehicle.

Availability:

Flexible to work within operating hours (9:00 AM - 12:00 AM) across 45-50 hours per week.

Perks & Compensation Base Salary:

$750 / week base pay.
