Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a keen understanding of fine dining standards. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment. Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and smooth operations. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines at all times. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages as necessary. Utilize POS system for order entry, payment processing, and sales tracking. Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Familiarity with POS system is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent math skills for cash handling and order processing accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
