Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards through effective time management. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring proper cash handling and receipt issuance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations, following food safety and sanitation protocols. Uphold all food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times. Assist with bar inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Must be able to bartend and serve bar area tables. Will be taking food orders and delivering food to tables. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and brewing processes. Proven experience in dining settings or upscale hospitality environments. Proficiency with POS systems; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Strong time management abilities to handle busy service periods without compromising quality. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Ability to develop new beverage recipes and contribute creatively to the bar menu. Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as bartending or bar management preferred; retail math knowledge is advantageous.
