Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to provide exceptional customer service and enhance their overall experience. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to maintain seamless operations. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems; handle cash handling responsibly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with innovative cocktail creations to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with restaurant staff during busy hours or special events such as banquets or catering functions to ensure smooth service flow. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and spirits. Proficiency in POS systems; strong cash handling skills. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper beverage presentation. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
