Upscale/fine dining restaurant and craft bar seeking experienced craft cocktailers. We are seeking a talented individual who takes their love of craft cocktails seriously, and wants to work in a high volume environment. We encourage our bartenders to explore new possibilities when creating drinks, and explore flavors to match our elevated food menu. Candidates for this position should have a solid background in the hospitality field, with a minimum of 3 years behind the bar, and at least 2 years working with craft cocktails. We utilize fresh herbs, spices, homemade syrups, and fresh juices to create delightful beverages for our guests daily. We also feature a strong wine list, and expect our bartenders to have strong wine knowledge, and be able to suggest and sell perfect pairings to our guests. Serious candidates only.
