What We're Looking For We're seeking bartenders with: A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience Ability to stay organized and composed during busy service periods. Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences. Confidence using a jigger and maintaining recipe consistency Strong knowledge of classic cocktails Familiarity with basic spirits, beer, and wine A genuine passion for learning and continuously improving their craft A team-first attitude and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences A team player who takes pride in their craft Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed At Asado Life, our bartenders are expected to do more than pour drinks. Our busy waterfront location demands bartenders who can balance high-volume execution with genuine hospitality.
