We have a 26 tap kombucha, hard cider, and mead tasting room with a lovely botanical garden for gatherings, events, as well as a work-space. We are open from 12-9 Tuesday through Sunday. Our vibe is very chill, relaxing and always friendly. Guests come in for tasting flights, growler refills, and cups. Although we brew alcohol and are now serving our own hard ciders, hard kombuchas, meads and wines, we are a mostly "So-Bar" environment, and have been since our opening in 2021.

Duties:

• Availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday
• Prepare and serve kombucha, mocktails, hard ciders, hard kombuchas, mead and wine to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
• Deep clean all seating areas and bathrooms
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food and beverages
• Wash dishes and glasses
• Watering plants and light gardening
• Additional cleaning

Skills:

• Bright personality with a friendly demeanor. Hospitable and welcoming.
• Mixologist skills highly saught after
• Previous experience in bar tending not required. Knowledge of kombucha is more ideal and training will be provided on the job.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple drink orders and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with POS systems, for processing orders and payments
• Knowledge of kombucha and the ability to recommend selections to customers
• Drug free and lives a health conscious lifestyle
• Basic math skills are a must for calculating drink prices, handling cash, and providing accurate change
• $14 per hour + tips.
