Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Mixologist to join our team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality cocktails and beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create unique and delicious drink recipes.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Create unique and innovative drink recipes based on customer preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Operate the Toast/Square POS system or similar software for order processing

Skills:

• Cash handling experience
• Basic math skills for calculating drink prices and handling cash transactions
• Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for guests
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Familiarity with food industry standards and regulations
• Proficiency in using the Toast and Square POS system or similar software for order processing
• Understanding of food safety practices and guidelines
