SERVERS & BARTENDERS Outcast Bar & Grill We don't do boring. We don't do stiff. We do loud laughs, solid pours, fast tickets, constant movement and a room full of personality. Outcast Bar & Grill is looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders who can handle high volume, thrive in controlled chaos, and help bring the Outcast Vibe to life every single shift. We're a mix of Local Hang Out spot with a growing tourism presence. We're open 7 days a week, 365 days a year (holidays required) from 11 am- 1 am during the week and 11 am
- 2 am on the weekends

(NON-NEGOTIABLE) 21+ years old 2+ years serving experience 2+ years high-volume bartending experience Weekend availability required (Open availability/Day time availability strongly preferred) Applicants must be available for 3 shifts a week with preference going to those with Sunday availability Ability to hustle, multitask, and keep your cool when it's slammed Team-first mindset — tip share only works if you do Everyone takes tables and bartends, there is no "servers vs. bartenders" here Keep your head straight- no drinking/drugs on the job, ever.
