Busser / Barback

CHIRINGO

Grayton Beach, FL Summary:

Support the front-of-house and bar team by keeping the restaurant and bar areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready in a fast-paced beachside environment.

Responsibilities:

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and thoroughly Assist servers with running food, water, and non-alcoholic drinks Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and bar supplies Collect and wash glassware and bar tools as needed Take out trash, break down boxes, and maintain back-of-house cleanliness Support bartenders during busy shifts with restocking and basic prep Follow all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

Restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required Able to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a busy beach atmosphere
