Sailfish Brewing Company is looking for a motivated new team member to join our team at our Vero Beach Taproom & Kitchen. Sailfish Brewing Company is a fast growing brewery who's goal is to be the the largest independently owned brewery on the east coast. The Sailfish team is a close group that exemplifies teamwork and building customer relationships.

Job requirements:

Customer service skills and beer knowledge required. Cicerone beer server certification completed during probationary period. Job responsibilities include pouring beer, serving guests, learning our menu, being able to talk about our beer and company, interacting with guests, serving food to guests, changing kegs, cleaning the taproom after service, re-stocking our merch area. When lead on a shift, responsibilities will include: Giving appropriate information to other bartenders/servers, ensuring all bartenders/servers are meeting our standards of service, all guests receiving proper attention and interaction, counting drawers and deposits at the end of shift, making sure menus are accurate, assigning sections, responsible for closing taproom. Days/hours will vary.
