In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, crafting exceptional beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and hospitality will ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic environment that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for the craft. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Prepare syrups, liquor blends, and batched cocktails to maximize efficiency during service. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using Toast POS system. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify legal drinking age for all patrons. Skills Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits. Proficiency in POS system (Toast). Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during high-volume periods while maintaining quality. Experience in fine dining settings, high volume service wells, and upscale bars. Solid understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate measurements and cash handling.

$1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
