Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and setting up dining areas as needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques Engage with guests to foster positive relationships and address any concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Culinary experience or background in the food industry is highly desirable Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required Familiarity with sanitation practices and food safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to grow your skills in a lively setting, and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences every day!
