We are building an elite opening team of experienced, high-performance bartenders to anchor the bar program from Day One. This is high-volume. This is fast-paced. This is high-pressure. What It Means to Be a Founding Bartender As a member of our Opening Team, you will: Help launch and establish a flagship airport location Train prior to opening and execute flawlessly from Day One Set the standard for bar speed, accuracy, and guest engagement Serve travelers from around the world daily Represent Buffalo Wild Wings and H&H Hospitality with professionalism and pride You won't just pour drinks — you will help build the culture and pace of the bar. Experience Requirements Minimum 4 years of bartending experience required Strong preference for: High-volume sports bar or casual dining bar experience Proven ability to manage heavy service wells and bar tops simultaneously Strong liquor, beer, and cocktail knowledge Consistent upselling performance Professional presence and disciplined work ethic Cash handling and POS accuracy We are hiring seasoned professionals — not entry-level bartenders. Performance Expectations You must be able to: Execute drinks quickly and accurately during peak airport rushes Maintain composure under sustained volume Manage bar guests while supporting service tickets Upsell premium spirits, specialty cocktails, beer, and promotions confidently Monitor responsible alcohol service at all times Maintain immaculate bar cleanliness and organization Operate within strict systems and accountability standards This is a results-driven, performance-based environment. Airport Security & Compliance Requirements This position is located inside Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Pass a federal background check Complete fingerprinting Obtain and maintain an ATL Airport Security Badge Comply with TSA and airport regulations Account for security screening when planning arrival time Follow all airport security and access protocols Failure to maintain airport clearance will result in immediate separation.
