Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, adhering to all food safety standards. Provide attentive table service in various settings including fine dining areas, nightclubs, or banquet events. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy with retail math and basic math calculations. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health standards and prevent contamination. Assist with catering events or banquet setups by serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces; restock supplies as needed to ensure seamless service. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests, upselling menu items, and resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash handling. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that encourages guest loyalty. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for billing and sales transactions. Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus but not required.
