Rreal Tacos Duluth is looking for motivated, reliable, and experienced Barbacks to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. Our restaurant specializes in delivering authentic street-style tacos and craft cocktails, and we're seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Support bartenders by stocking and restocking bar supplies Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout service Assist with preparing garnishes, ice, and bar tools Remove trash and empty glassware promptly Help ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

Previous barback or bar experience required Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Work With Us?
