Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to standard recipes. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and food quality. Manage cash and credit transactions with accuracy and integrity. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and possible allergens. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid bartending license or relevant certification (if required). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
