Overview Mr. Shuck's Seafood on SSI is looking for a seasoned, enthusiastic bartender to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Be fully knowledgeable of all food and beverage offerings. Create an experience for our guests and neighbors through relationships, food, and beverage. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Operate cash register and handle customer payments via Toast. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and restocking of supplies. Provide excellent guest service and address any guests concerns or complaints. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders to guests. Create and recommend signature cocktails or drink specials. Table service in the restaurant is expected and required. Qualifications Previous experience as a full-service bartender (1+ years) in a restaurant is required. Familiarity with basic math for cash handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
