Must have reliable transportation and consistently arrive on time and ready to work. Previous bartending experience required. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and proper drink preparation. Ability to work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be comfortable multitasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Must be able to work day, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently. Create attractive, properly presented drinks that meet company standards. Provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable guest experience.
