Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and manage serving limits accordingly Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS for efficient order entry and payment processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts seamlessly Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming environments Previous experience in food handling, serving, or bartending within the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not necessary Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper alcohol serving procedures Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience working in fast-paced environments is highly desirable Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
