Bartender/FOH Manager

Job Summary $25-$40 an hour with tips We are on the lookout for a dynamic and personable Bartender/FOH (Front of House) Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role combines the art of crafting exceptional drinks with the leadership of managing front-of-house operations in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair. Manage front-of-house operations smoothly during shifts, overseeing guest service and ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks. Lead and motivate FOH staff to maintain high standards of customer service, teamwork, and professionalism. Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times. Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation, customer service techniques, and POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while managing inventory levels for beverages and supplies. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service within a nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or banquet setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Effective time management skills to juggle multiple orders during busy hours without sacrificing quality. Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
