The ideal candidate will be personable, timely, trustworthy and have weekend availability. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar and table, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Operate POS system (TOAST) for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their orders. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods. Uphold the establishment's standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience Previous bartending and servicing not required but preferred Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Retail math proficiency is beneficial for managing inventory and sales reporting.
