$7.00/hour + Tips The Boise Post, Downtown Boise's newest rooftop bar and restaurant located inside the AC Hotel & Element Hotel, is looking for an energetic and hospitality-driven Server/Bartender to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both serving and bartending shifts, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. This is a great opportunity to join a fun, high-energy rooftop restaurant and bar in the heart of Downtown Boise. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests Work both serving and bartending shifts as scheduled Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages Maintain strong knowledge of food menus, cocktails, beer, wine, and daily specials Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Check identification and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies Handle guest concerns professionally and help create a positive dining experience Accurately process guest payments and maintain proper cash-handling procedures Keep the bar, service areas, and workstations clean, stocked, and organized Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams Qualifications Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Strong communication and guest-service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol in Idaho Why Join The Boise Post?
