Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and keep menus fresh and innovative Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process cash transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through excellent time management skills Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments and giving correct change Stay informed about current beverage trends, including brewing techniques, mixology innovations, and fine dining standards Uphold high standards of customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Toast POS Proven cocktail experience with knowledge of beverage recipe development and mixology techniques Strong wine knowledge along with craft beer expertise and spirits experience Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Prior food service or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Ability to process cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and proper sanitation practices Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Experience in bar management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Familiarity with catering or retail math concepts beneficial for handling large groups or events Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through expert drink crafting, lively atmosphere management, and outstanding hospitality!
