Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to our hotel guests and locals. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience. Process orders efficiently using a POS system, handling payments accurately. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold high standards of hospitality in a casual dining setting, creating an inviting atmosphere for patrons. Skills Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders and tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using any point-of-sale systems for order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of casual dining etiquette and food handling practices.
