Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to engage with customers and provide outstanding service will be key to enhancing their dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Engage with guests to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Experience in food service or the food industry is beneficial. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
