Bartender/Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will contribute to the overall atmosphere of our establishment, whether it be a nightclub or restaurant setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Operate cash registers and Spoton POS systems accurately for processing transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or bartending within a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with Spoton POS systems or similar cash register systems is advantageous. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service is a must.
