Part-time / Full-time About the Job Barleyhaus and Church Street Brewing Company are looking for friendly, reliable Servers to join our taproom team. This role is all about hospitality—delivering great service, knowing our beer and food, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. This is a community-focused taproom, not a late-night bar. What You'll Do Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service Take food and beverage orders accurately Serve beer, food, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Learn and communicate beer styles, food offerings, and specials Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations Handle POS transactions accurately Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service Schedule & Availability Daytime availability required Some nights, weekends, and special events required Flexible scheduling Shifts may be at Barleyhaus and/or Church Street Taproom What We're Looking For Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred (will train the right person) Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Must be 21+ to serve alcohol Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus tips Health insurance available for full-time employees 401(k) available Paid training Supportive, locally owned brewery with a strong team culture
