JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute service guidelines with precision and attention to detail Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a positive first impression Provide friendly, attentive, and hospitable service at all times Anticipate guest needs and maintain a solution-oriented mindset Work collaboratively with team members, offering and requesting support as needed Take orders, prepare drinks efficiently, and build rapport with guests Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly Monitor guest intoxication levels and respond appropriately Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas Perform additional duties as needed to support overall operations
