In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional drink service and friendly interaction. Whether mixing classic cocktails, recommending beverages, or managing bar operations, your energy and expertise will help craft a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is passionate about spirits, has a knack for mixology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where guest satisfaction is always the top priority. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and answering questions about drink ingredients and menu options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, placing orders when necessary, and minimizing waste. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending with strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and craft beer. Excellent customer service skills with an energetic and approachable attitude. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper sanitation procedures. Previous experience in high volume establishments or hospitality industry preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing.
