We're serving up gourmet tacos, handcrafted margaritas, and a curated selection of premium tequilas in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Taco Tavern is the go-to destination for food lovers, tequila enthusiasts, and anyone who enjoys great vibes.

Position Overview:

We are seeking hardworking and dependable Bar Backs to support our bartending team and keep operations running smoothly. This role is essential to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience at Taco Tavern. If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of an exciting new concept, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, mixers, glassware, and other supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including washing glassware and wiping surfaces. Refill ice bins and ensure all bar equipment is in good working order. Quickly and efficiently retrieve items from storage or the kitchen as requested. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to bartenders or managers. Provide exceptional support to the bar team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Pre bussing, clearing tables and wiping in an efficient manner. Checking Bathrooms hourly and restocking. Run food to tables in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous bar back or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A team-player mentality with a positive attitude. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and remain on your feet for extended periods. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends. A genuine interest in hospitality and enthusiasm for working in a fun, dynamic setting.

FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
