Opening in the spring of 2024, The Prospect will redefine hospitality in Mount Prospect. Personal service and the ultimate dining experience will be hallmarks of the two-story restaurant. The Prospect's approach to open and honest hospitality will extend beyond a congenial smile and handshake, making its way into fresh and seasonal ingredients that will fuel the body and warm the soul.
Job Description:
Bartenders at The Prospect are at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Bartenders will:
Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails and beverages, approaching drink orders by making recommendations based on guest preferences Possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, approaching food orders by making recommendations based on guest preferences Create conditions for a memorable dining experience by engaging with guests Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond in a prompt manner Maintain and ensure the bar areas are clean, sanitized, and organized Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcohol, glasses, etc. Collaborate with bar backs and other team members to ensure smooth operations
