Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas for drink menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste through effective stock control Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods, including banquet or catering events if applicable Experience Proven experience in bartending or serving within the hospitality industry, especially in fine dining or upscale environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety practices, and basic math for accurate cash transactions and inventory management Previous experience in bar management or supervising staff is a plus but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude that creates memorable guest experiences Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for mixology!
