Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining and drinking experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience and promote sales Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness according to food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash register operations and balancing cash drawers Assist in food service duties during busy periods, including serving meals and supporting banquet functions Requirements Proven experience in bartending, serving, or food service within a hospitality environment Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits handling Familiarity with fine dining standards, cocktail preparation, craft beer selection, and food safety protocols Ability to multitask efficiently using time management skills in a fast-paced setting Previous experience with banquet or catering services is a plus but not required Basic math skills for retail math, food industry calculations, and cash processing Join us to be part of a lively team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality!
